Shipping and Returns

Please read completely. Items returned may not be accepted if all requirements are not met.

All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Returns

ScanTool.net offers an unconditional 90-day money-back guarantee (excluding software purchases). If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them within 90 days of the ship date for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges).

NOTE: If you decide to return a product, please contact us to get a Return Authorization before shipping the product back to us. Products returned without an accompanying Return Authorization may not be accepted.

Warranty

ScanTool.net offers an unconditional 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within three months from the date on the invoice, for a full refund (minus shipping & handling charges). If you decide to return a product, please contact us to get return authorization. Products returned without an accompanying Return Authorization may not be accepted. Please note, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any software purchases.

If the product fails after the initial 90 days, ScanTool.net will repair or exchange the item at no charge. This warranty is valid for three years, starting from the date on the invoice.

International customers

Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Packages sometimes do get lost in the mail, and we have no way to track your order down, unless it was shipped via USPS Global Express, UPS, or FedEx.

Sometimes "lost" packages are held by Customs. If you haven't received your package within ten business days, please contact us, and we will send you the Customs Label number, which you can use to inquire about your package at your local Customs office.
