Hi,

The scan tool is connected and communicating with the computer just fine, it is having a problem connecting to the vehicle.  What is the year, make, and model of the vehicle?  What country was it purchased in new?

Thanks and Regards,

Jason

Hi,

My guess would be that the vehicles are not OBD-II compliant, more information can be found here about OBD-II compliance in Europe.  Our scan tools only work on OBD-II compliant vehicles.  I apologize for any confusion.  If you feel you have no use for this product, you can contact sales@scantool.net for a refund.

Regards,

Jason
