Hi Jalal,

Contact sales@scantool.net for an RMA. Please include a link to this thread and the name of the distributor you purchased the scan tool from (if applicable).

An RMA stands for Return Merchandise Agreement.

The reason why we ask you to specifying who you purchased the unit from is for shipping purposes. For example, if you purchased the unit from a distributor in Europe, then you would send the unit back to him and we would resolve the issue the distributor. This decreases shipping times and cost.

We test all of our units before shipping them out; however, occasionally a tool will get out that did not go through final testing (not sure how, but it happens Sad ).

Jason
